No update of my order

Worst experience & pathetic customer service
I placed an order for 4 products which mainly contained sweets for diwali & bhai dooj on friday (diwali was sunday & bhai dooj Tuesday) with same day delivery. and get to know that part of the order was delivered at around 8pm when the customer service is closed.
So waited till next morning to call & after much emphasis asked the advisor on the phone (customer care) to call and check with the local vendor. Upon checking the vendor confirmed that they had forgotten to deliver part of the order. The customer care guy (Waseem) confirmed that it will be delivered today (saturday). Again nothing delivered.
I waited again thinking it might get delivered sunday. so now its Thursday and i still haven't received the pending order. and IGP staff don't really care about their customers experience. After numerous emails which i sent to the support team , I have been on call again today (31.10.2019) and been asked would to like to get it delivered or like a refund.
Like really - You spoilt my festival , the reason why sending sweets to loved one was important . This is how you really care about the whole customer experience. I asked to raise a complaint but doesn't look like you guys understand what impact all this could have on anyone's festivities/ feelings. I have been using IGP for couple of years paying almost double the price but now i m not sure if i would like to pay for such a terrible experience.
So in crux- I wasted my time ( sending emails & calling to guys to get an update), my money ( paying double the price for goods & calling customer care numerous times) .
Would definitely not be recommending IGP to anyone leave alone using it myself. Absolutely disgusting service & experience I must say.
