No update of my order

I placed my order on 25th of July, and since then I haven't received any update, no shipping details, nothing. Money has already been paid, tried mailing thrice, no response, called but no one picks up on that customer care number I just want them to at least respond and tell me what is the current status of my order, or at least if they can't ship, they better refund my money.

Worst experience & pathetic customer service

I placed an order for 4 products which mainly contained sweets for diwali & bhai dooj on friday (diwali was sunday & bhai dooj Tuesday) with same day delivery. and get to know that part of the order was delivered at around 8pm when the customer service is closed.

So waited till next morning to call & after much emphasis asked the advisor on the phone (customer care) to call and check with the local vendor. Upon checking the vendor confirmed that they had forgotten to deliver part of the order. The customer care guy (Waseem) confirmed that it will be delivered today (saturday). Again nothing delivered.

I waited again thinking it might get delivered sunday. so now its Thursday and i still haven't received the pending order. and IGP staff don't really care about their customers experience. After numerous emails which i sent to the support team , I have been on call again today (31.10.2019) and been asked would to like to get it delivered or like a refund.

Like really - You spoilt my festival , the reason why sending sweets to loved one was important . This is how you really care about the whole customer experience. I asked to raise a complaint but doesn't look like you guys understand what impact all this could have on anyone's festivities/ feelings. I have been using IGP for couple of years paying almost double the price but now i m not sure if i would like to pay for such a terrible experience.

So in crux- I wasted my time ( sending emails & calling to guys to get an update), my money ( paying double the price for goods & calling customer care numerous times) .

Would definitely not be recommending IGP to anyone leave alone using it myself. Absolutely disgusting service & experience I must say.

Half order is recieved

My order number is 303****.. Only metal personalised rakhi and 1 kg channa barfi has been received.... Their was two sets of rakhis plus one of child with a puppy made on it.... Plus kaju katli 250 m..

I can't reach my order

As per telephonic conversation I get a detail why my order not delivered in a right time but its humble request please deliver my product on Monday anyhow because if you not then your organization play someone emotions and this is not a right way please it's humble request Please

I'm not able to connect to customer executives. I have been sending mails from 29th July. Transaction no 0211******** @5.06pm for Rs. 585/- is deducted for personalized unicorn cushion wherein gave name "prerna". Hi, Please send an email with the screenshot of the message which you have received from the bank that the payment was deducted from your account and sent to the IGP account. Pathetic service

They promised to deliver Rakhi before festival and it is still in transit even after festival. What's the use of this website to place the order.

The order is not deliver on address

My order Id is 302****. It supposes to be delivered on or before 28th July 2020. but it's still not delivered. So that I have called the customer service of igp.com many times, they didn't pick the call. Kindly help out of this situation. I just need that my order (RAKHI for my brother) should deliver before 3rd august, 2020.
